What the turnover clean covers.
We clean it top to bottom, the way a landlord actually inspects, and photograph every room so the condition speaks for itself. Most homes take a team somewhere between four and eight hours depending on size and how the place was left.
- Inside the oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher
- Every cabinet, drawer, and closet cleaned inside
- Showers, tubs, and toilets scrubbed, including hard water and soap scum
- Baseboards hand-wiped, blinds dusted, light fixtures and vents cleaned
- Walls spot-cleaned, doors, frames, and switch plates wiped
- Floors mopped with edges and corners hand-detailed
- All trash and debris removed from the property
- Photos of every room delivered within 24 hours
Idaho law gives a landlord 21 days to return a security deposit, or up to 30 days when the lease says so, and a disputed cleaning deduction usually comes down to what can be shown. That is why the photo folder is part of the job and not an add-on.
