Square footage, bathrooms, whether it is occupied, and when photos are scheduled. We come back with a real number, not a range you cannot plan around.

We coordinate with the seller ourselves
Access, timing, pets, and anything they want left alone. You do not have to relay messages between us and your client.

You get photos before you drive over
Room by room, within 24 hours. If something needs a second look, tell us within 24 hours and we come back at no additional cost.
