Move-out and turnover cleans

Photo documentation included. Most homes take a team somewhere between four and eight hours depending on size and how the place was left, so a typical turnover lands between $220 and $440.

We give you an honest range before we start, and we tell you if we think it will run long before it does. Recurring housekeeping is no longer offered, and we refer it out to Naturally Clean, a local company we trust and refer to by name.

Size and bathroom count
Bathrooms and kitchens carry the hours, not bedrooms. Two bathrooms with hard water take longer than an extra bedroom.
How the place was left
Grease, pet hair, smoke, and debris left behind all add time. We tell you what we are seeing before the hours run away.
Whether it is empty
An empty unit cleans faster and photographs better. Occupied homes are welcome, they simply take longer.
Repairs in scope
Repairs are priced separately and per project, so cleaning hours stay cleaning hours on your invoice.
