How much does a move-out or turnover clean cost?
Move-out and turnover cleans are $55 per hour with a four hour minimum. Regular volume is quoted by volume. Repairs are quoted per project, in writing, before work starts.
How long does a clean take?
Most homes take a team somewhere between four and eight hours depending on size and how the place was left. We give you an honest range before we start, and we tell you if we think it will run long before it does.
Do you work with tenants or homeowners?
No. Every job comes through an agent, a property manager, or an owner. If you are a tenant or a homeowner, reach out anyway and we will point you toward someone good.
What areas do you serve?
Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Eagle, Kuna, Star, and Caldwell. Just outside the valley, ask anyway. An off-route travel fee may apply and we will tell you what it is up front.
What do you not do?
Biohazard cleanup, hoarding situations, exterior windows, carpet shampooing, and any work more than six feet off the ground. To keep our team safe and our work excellent, we politely decline these.
Who does the repair work?
The licensed contractor we subcontract. We coordinate the schedule, the access, and the documentation, so you keep one point of contact and one written quote.
